The People
JVF has a small, enthusiastic staff representing multiple disciplines. It is developing a strong network of partner organizations, citizens, scholars, professionals, industrialists, businessmen and artists.
JVF has the potential to deal with all aspects of heritage-based social and economic development and continually attracts dynamic young individuals committed to building an informed, diverse and proactive citizenry.
Each JVF project or programme is run by a project director, supported by a coordinator or executive assistant and underpinned by JVF's permanent team, consultants and volunteers. A board of trustees has supported JVF's work since its inception.

Ms Rathi Vinay Jha: ret'd Secretary Tourism, Govt of India, active institution builder, working particularly in the field of creative industries, crafts, textiles
Dr Rima Hooja: Historian, archaeologist, academic, recently published A History of Rajasthan; is of an eminent family of civil servants, authors and artists in Jaipur.
Mr Paras Kuhad: Leading lawyer of Jaipur with offices all over India, runs a Centre for Public Policy in Jaipur to engage opinion makers of the region in issues of social inequality.
Gajsinghji Jodhpur provides leadership at regional and national level in numerous forums for heritage management, cultural tourism, community welfare, education, water management and other social development activities.
